“AVENGERS: ENDGAME”, MARVEL BY ITS DEFINITION

The most anticipated movie of the decade has finally come out –“AVENGERS: ENDGAME”, MARVEL BY ITS DEFINITION . And it was worth waiting for it for so long. “Avengers: Endgame” wrap up 22 movies and 11 years of the highest-grossing franchise-factory in history. The film has already broken countless records and outpaced “Avengers: Infinity War” presales fivefold. According to CNBC, with two days left before the end of the weekend, “Endgame” is on track to pass $1 billion globally for its debut.

It is pretty hard to talk about such an epic movie without spoilers (which are now a big problem on the web) but it just shows the importance of the movie and the dedication of fans towards it.

“Avengers: Endgame” starts where “Infinity War” ended. One year ago, Thanos with a snap of his fingers wiped out the half of the Earth population. So, now those from Avengers who survived have to find a way to fix everything and return the fallen. However, the movie does not start with an epic battle as expected. On the contrary, it shows how each of the heroes copes with the loss and what it is like to be defeated. Moreover, “Endgame” throws us 5 years after the “Infinity War” events. The Hawkeye loses his family, Thor is in depression and Natasha is in a state of deep despair. Everyone tries to move on but fails because the loss is too big to bear. Everything changes with the appearance of someone who was thought to be vanished by Thanos. This someone may have a way to revive everyone, and it brings a ray of hope for Avengers. Without hesitation, they take this opportunity knowing that the stakes are too high. It is especially shown on the example of Tony Stark who barely survived the last battle and now has too much to lose but still decides to help his friends.

“AVENGERS: ENDGAME”, MARVEL BY ITS DEFINITION – YOU MUST SEE IT!

Generally, the film can be divided into 4 parts, the first two of which are dramatic and emotional. The last two are extremely epic, saturated with battles, heroes, plot twists and everything you can expect from a movie like this. Nevertheless, do not think it is completely sad, we are talking about Marvel after all.

It may be a little bit more serious than “Infinity War” but “Avengers: Endgame” is still a perfect combination of drama and sarcasm that lights up even the most hopeless situations. The movie, in general, evokes the whole spectrum of emotions: from laughing-out-loud to crying bitterly.

It is worth mentioning that “Endgame” bombastically finishes Phase Three of this saga as the movie wisely narrows down the plot to the first Avengers. MCU has always been known for developing stories, heroes and building a strong bond between all of them. If during the “Infinity War” we saw all the possible characters interacting with each other, in “Endgame” a great part of superheroes is unavoidably missing and we mostly observe actions and relationships of Avengers who started all of it: Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Thor, and Hawkeye. In a way, it is a tribute to the characters who we (most likely) are not going to see anymore.

Overall, “Avengers: Endgame” is undoubtedly a monumental superhero movie that put together brilliant actors, high-quality visual effects, drama, humor and unexpected plot twists throughout the whole film. No surprise that all of it combined provided fans with an extremely pleasing ending to the epic era. However, this is by no means of a Marvel universe. It is confirmed that “Spider-Man: Homecoming”, “Black Widow” prequel, “Guardians Of The Galaxy 3” and many more films are still to come out soon. They are supposed to start a new, Forth Phase of the saga.
